Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Clinic Director and founder of Natural Fertility Geelong.
I'm probably a little different from other practitioners you've met.
I value natural medicine and conventional medicine equally. Each has its place, and the real results come when they work together. That means you don't have to choose a side, or feel judged for the choices you make. You get the best of both, in a plan built completely around you.
How I Got Here
I grew up surrounded by natural medicine. My mum works in complementary medicine, so our home was full of nutritious food, natural remedies and a deep belief in the body's ability to heal. For most of my life, I was devoted to the natural path.
I thought it was always the right one.
Then I had my daughter, and everything I believed was tested.
What I'd planned as a natural home birth became an emergency caesarean. Afterwards, I struggled with breastfeeding and felt a quiet shame about needing medical help.
When she was only five months old, I fell pregnant again, and faced enormous pressure to have a natural birth, this time from the very community I'd always trusted, even when the medical advice said otherwise.
I was exhausted and overwhelmed, and I didn't have the space to fight for what I needed.
That season cracked something open in me.
I'd believed that if I just did everything "right" and "naturally," it would all go to plan.
It didn't.
And what I learned has shaped everything I've done since: being empowered isn't about following what you "should" do, natural or otherwise. It's about feeling supported enough to make the choices that are genuinely right for you.
That's why I went on to complete a Masters of Reproductive Medicine and train as a functional medicine practitioner. I stopped seeing natural and conventional medicine as opposing teams, and started using the best of both. I've lived the gap between them.
Now I help women bridge it.
What I Believe
There's no one-size-fits-all in fertility. Every woman, every body, every partnership and every journey is different. Feeling truly empowered starts with you, and with your own mindset.
Your body isn't broken, and you haven't failed.
You deserve clear answers, genuine support, and a path that actually feels like yours.
Natural and conventional medicine both have a role. The best outcomes come from using them together, not picking one over the other.
Regulating your nervous system is one of the most powerful things we can do for your fertility. But it isn't something you can force, or "just relax" your way into. It takes real, ongoing support, and that's a cornerstone of how I work.
Why I Created
Natural Fertility Geelong
I created Natural Fertility Geelong to be a sanctuary for women here in Geelong. Somewhere with genuine clinical excellence, yes, but also somewhere you can finally exhale.
A place where you feel safe, valued and free of judgement, and where you're gently reminded that putting yourself first isn't selfish. It's necessary.
I want every woman who walks through our doors to know it's okay to nurture herself, to believe in her own worth, and to be exactly who she is.

When I'm Not in the Clinic…
You'll usually find me with my daughter Eli and my son Freddie, who keep life full and wonderfully loud. I'm happiest experimenting with a new recipe (cooking is my version of meditation), planning our next travel adventure, or disappearing into a good fantasy novel.
I still love a slow coffee in bed on a Sunday morning, and winding down with a quiet glass of wine and my partner Nic at the end of a long day.
I feel genuinely lucky to spend my days doing work I love.
